Introducing our Big Lakes Girls, the heart and soul of our family! They are an extraordinary trio of beautiful females. Within our lines, we are privileged to have witnessed the presence and grace of three remarkable individuals: Penny and Bernadette, who have gracefully retired, and the reigning star of the clan, Zukey. These mother-daughter pairs bring a unique and irreplaceable element to our Big Lakes clan, filling our hearts with immense pride and joy. As we delve into their stories and shared journey, we come to appreciate the profound impact they have had on our community and the remarkable legacy they continue to create.
Big Lakes Girls Penny, Bernadette and Zukey
The First of our Big Lakes Girls is Penny
Meet Penny “Bazinga,” the pioneering matriarch of our beloved girls’ club. This retired chocolate beauty, who kick-started this cherished tradition, exudes timeless grace. With her 65-pound, medium build, Penny embodies both strength and elegance. Her passion for swimming, fetching, and her remarkable temperament are the hallmarks of her character. Penny’s love for socializing extends beyond our home as she joyfully visits her canine companions in the neighborhood and revels in the simple pleasures of car rides.
The second Big Lakes Girl is Bernadette
Allow us to introduce Bernadette Bazinga, affectionately known as “Bernie.” She’s our retired, stunning yellow Labrador, born in our 2014 litter. Bernie is a petite beauty, tipping the scales at just 50 pounds. Her endearing nature and sweet disposition make her a truly lovable member of our Big Lakes family. Notably, she’s also an exceptional swimmer, adding to her many charming qualities.
The third Big Lakes Girl is Zukey
Meet “Zukey,” the delightful heart of our Big Lakes family. This super sweet and playful chocolate female, born in our 2018 litter, embodies pure joy and charm. At a fit 75 pounds, she carries herself with a graceful block head and an exuberant spirit. Her days are filled with excitement as she adores going for rides, engaging in spirited games of fetch, and taking refreshing swims. Playfully, she teases the boys, with a particular fondness for Bruin, by swiping his ball. Zukey’s affection knows no bounds, as she adores snuggling and faithfully trailing your every move around the house, reminding us of the extraordinary bond we share with our beloved canine companions.
